OrbitPower Affiliate Network Terms

'OrbitPower' & 'OrbitPower Affiliate Network' is a division of 'Dance Wave Media' ('Dance Wave Group') which is based at: 19 Reayrt Lhean, Ballalough, Castletown, Isle of Man, IM9 1HQ
'You' means the user who accesses the OrbitPower Affiliate Network.
'Site' means http://orbitpower.dancewave.net
'data' means information, for example - Company Name.
'service' means affiliate network.
'network' means affiliate network.

Please read the following terms of service for OrbitPower Affiliate Network

 1. You must agree to the following terms and conditions by using OrbitPower Affiliate Network.
1a. These terms are in place to make sure the network is fair & for both parties to get the best out of OrbitPower Affiliate Network.

2. If at any time there is a violation to the terms and conditions of the network we reserve the right to suspend or remove your account from OrbitPower Affiliate Network.
 2a. If fraudulent transactions are made using your affiliate account with OrbitPower we reserve the right to stop/suspend your account, any payment will be stopped immediately.
2b. Every click, sale, lead & CPM may be checked at any time to prevent fraudulent use.
2c. Any site producing a large number of fraud/fake leads will be contacted.

3. Content - We do NOT accept Adult sites to OrbitPower Affiliate Network.
3a. This includes sites with the following content: bad language, pornographic imagery or any other similar type.

4. Payments are sent out from 45 days of the month end. The minimum payment is £10.00 (TEN POUNDS STERLING) and will not be paid until you reach this amount. The Invoice will keep going until you reach this amount.
4a. When you make 1 (ONE) sale, lead, click, CPM our system starts an invoice for you and will be paid when you reach £10.00 (TEN POUNDS STERLING).

5. We will provide the service required for advertising campaigns from OrbitPower Affiliate Network. You may not edit or change marketing material given to you without permission from the merchant or your account manager.

6. OrbitPower Affiliate Network, Dance Wave Media & Dance Wave Group makes no warranties, guarantees, or representations, that you will make sales/leads through our network nor do we make any warranties, guarantees, or representations to any affiliates that they will make money using our network.

6a. Support response times are 8 hours for a reply.

7. Applicable Law - The above terms and conditions of business constitutes the entire understanding of both parties hereto with respect to its subject matter and supersedes any and all previous contracts and covenants between both parties whether written or oral, with respect to such subject matter.

8. OrbitPower & Dance Wave Media reserve the right to alter, change these terms at any time.

9. These terms and conditions are governed by law of the Isle of Man.
