1. OrbitPower Affiliate Network collects data when:
  You register to become an merchant,
  You register to become a affiliate.

2. When you start using our services at the site we require the following data to provide you with the service:
Contact Name, Company Name, Website Address, and Payment Data
2a. By providing this information we can provide the service and to manage your account.

             3. We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial reasons, except if any government needs us to supply data information for government use this also includes Police and Interpol.
